Short message about your needs

Perth's NDIS market has grown rapidly, and so has the number of registered providers competing for participants. But growth in supply has not always translated into growth in quality — the most consistent feedback we hear from participants coming to Daisy Care Services from other providers is that they felt like a number, not a person. Large Perth-based NDIS organisations often have strong marketing but stretched staffing ratios, high worker turnover, and intake processes that never seem to translate into the personalised support that was promised. Daisy Care Services was built as a deliberate alternative to that model. Our intake is thorough because matching matters. Our worker pool is carefully selected because the relationship between participant and worker is the foundation of everything. And our team operates with consistent oversight because quality does not happen by accident.

Perth is Australia's most isolated capital city, and that isolation creates specific challenges for the NDIS community. Access to specialist disability services, therapies, and clinical support is concentrated in specific parts of the city — participants in outer suburbs can travel significant distances for appointments, and transport limitations compound every other challenge. Perth's large multicultural communities, including significant Indian, Filipino, and South-East Asian populations, have specific cultural care preferences that many providers do not account for. The city also experiences extreme summer heat — temperatures routinely exceeding 40°C create real safety challenges for participants with mobility limitations, heat sensitivity, or complex health needs who need to travel or engage in community activities. Daisy Care Services understands Perth's specific geography and community context, and builds these factors into every support plan we develop.

Choosing an NDIS provider in Perth means choosing who will be in your home, managing your most personal daily needs, and representing you to the clinical and coordination system around you. Daisy Care Services takes that responsibility seriously. We are a registered NDIS provider, which means participants and families can trust that our team meets the standards required by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We are locally operated, which means decisions are made by people who understand Perth's specific context rather than interstate management teams. And we are built around the principle that consistency — the same workers, the same approach, the same level of care every visit — is the non-negotiable foundation of quality disability support. To begin a conversation about support in Perth, call 08 6187 8181 during business hours or leave an enquiry and we will respond the same day.

Daily Personal Activities support from Daisy Care Services covers all aspects of personal care that help NDIS participants start their day with dignity and confidence. Our experienced support workers assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication prompts — tailoring every visit to the participant's routine, preferences, and goals. We work across Perth and surrounding suburbs, matching participants with consistent support workers who become genuinely familiar with their individual needs. Whether you require standard daily personal activities support or high-intensity care for more complex needs, our team is trained, experienced, and supported by clinical oversight to ensure every interaction meets NDIS quality standards. Support is available 24/7 across the Perth metro area.

Assistance with Daily Living support from Daisy Care Services helps NDIS participants build the skills and routines they need to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. This support goes beyond personal care tasks to include meal preparation and cooking skills, domestic assistance, medication management, budgeting and financial administration, and support to develop daily living skills over time. Our Perth-based team works with participants to understand what independence means for them individually — then designs a support approach that actively builds toward those goals rather than creating ongoing dependency. Support is available across the Perth metropolitan area seven days a week, with 24/7 availability for participants with more intensive needs.

Daisy Care Services provides Group and Centre-Based Activities for NDIS participants who want to build social connections, develop new skills, and engage with their community in a supported, structured environment. Our programs are designed around genuine participation and real connection — not passive attendance. Activities are varied, social, and designed to match participants' interests and goals, including arts and crafts, cooking sessions, community outings, recreational activities, and skills workshops. We operate across Perth with small group sizes that allow participants to receive meaningful attention and build real relationships with peers. Group Centre-Based Activities are available to participants with a range of disability types, and our trained staff ensure every session is safe, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable.

Household Tasks support from Daisy Care Services assists NDIS participants with the domestic duties required to maintain a safe, clean, and functional home environment. This includes house cleaning, vacuuming and mopping, dusting, bathroom and toilet cleaning, laundry and ironing, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning, rubbish removal, and basic garden and outdoor maintenance. Household Tasks support is available to NDIS participants who are unable to perform these tasks due to their disability, and it is a commonly misunderstood funding category — many participants do not realise this support is available under their NDIS plan. Daisy Care Services provides Household Tasks support across the Perth metropolitan area with consistent, reliable support workers who treat participants' homes with the same care and respect they would give their own.

Travel and Transport Assistance from Daisy Care Services helps NDIS participants get to appointments, community activities, educational programs, and social engagements safely and reliably across the Perth metropolitan area. Our support workers can accompany participants on public transport, provide vehicle-based transport, or assist participants in building their own travel independence over time. Perth's geography means that access to transport is a genuine barrier for many NDIS participants, particularly those in outer suburbs like Midland, Cannington, and Mount Lawley where public transport options are more limited. Daisy Care Services provides transport support as a standalone service and as part of broader support packages, ensuring participants can access the community, their healthcare, and their NDIS-funded activities without transport being the barrier that prevents it.

The honest answer is that the best indicator of a genuine provider is what current participants and families say about them — specifically whether they get consistent workers, whether the provider responds promptly to concerns, and whether the care plan actually reflects the participant's goals rather than a generic template. Daisy Care Services actively encourages potential participants to ask us about our approach before signing anything. Call 08 6187 8181 and have a real conversation — ask us what makes us different from the larger Perth providers, and ask us how we handle things when something goes wrong. The providers who are worth trusting will not be uncomfortable with those questions.
Yes — switching NDIS providers is your right, and Daisy Care Services can help you do it without disruption to your support. You will need to give your current provider notice as specified in your Service Agreement, but you can begin the intake process with us before that notice period ends so there is no gap in your support. We handle provider transitions regularly and understand how to make the switch smoothly. Call 08 6187 8181 to start the conversation — the process is simpler than most participants expect, and you do not need to tolerate a provider that is not working for you.
Daisy Care Services works with participants across all three NDIS management types. For NDIA-managed participants, we claim directly from the NDIA portal on your behalf. For plan-managed participants, we invoice your plan manager. For self-managed participants, we provide invoices directly to you for reimbursement. We are experienced with all three systems and can explain the differences if you are new to the NDIS. The management type does not change the quality of support we provide — every participant receives the same attention to matching, consistency, and care regardless of how their plan is administered.
We contact participants as early as possible when a worker cannot attend, and we have a pool of experienced backup workers to step in where needed. We prefer to give participants the option to reschedule rather than send a replacement they have never met at short notice, but we understand that some sessions — particularly morning personal care — cannot simply be skipped. If continuity is critical for a participant's support, we discuss that at intake and build a contingency plan accordingly. We will never simply not show up without communication — that is the baseline standard we hold our team to.
